We don't come from the same place. We're not the same age. We don't have the same background. But we all found ourselves at the same point: facing a Luxembourg administrative system that could be so much clearer.
One of us has lived in Luxembourg for decades and still navigates forms that change every year. Another arrived from France and discovered that even with a high level of motivation, understanding his tax form was a real challenge. The two youngest, born here, figured that if even they found it opaque, there was a real problem.
The spark
We met, compared our respective struggles, and realized that we weren't the problem. Access to information was.
